Great food and service

Food all tasted good, everybody liked what they ordered. The food was in large enough quantities that we all took home food. The price was good and the staff was wonder full.

Super good breakfasts and love the sandwiches too. And the pie is homemade yummy!

Service was excellent, food was good, the biscuits and gravy were perfect, but their house coffee could use some work.

I've been patronizing this restaurant for many years. The omelets are the best. Large, fluffy, and never overcooked. The waitress that assisted me today is always friendly and extremely helpful. This is and has been my #1 spot for breakfast. Can't go wrong at Edelweiss!

Came for lunch and highly enjoyed it. Very comfortable environment with great service. We loved our bacon cheeseburger with side caeser saladand club wrap. The fries were great and the coffee kept coming. 😊 We were very happy with our choice to eat here.

Always a bit busy, but there's a reason. Fresh, quality ingredients make eating here a pleasant experience. Bring your appetite, ample portions make this a must visit.

Great food and atmosphere. Expect to pay around $35 for two people for breakfast. Good coffee. Big portions.

The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive.

I would have given it a 5 but the menu did not say the turkey was smoked I don't like smoked meat. Otherwise the sandwich and fries were delicious. I look forward to going back and trying something else. My daughter loved her burger.

I haven't been feeling well and stopped at the restaurant to grab a bite before a Doctor's appointment. There's something wrong with my propane tank so I haven't been able to cook or have heat for a couple of weeks. The kind waitress took one look at me and brought me a mug of hot water, lemon and honey. That small gesture of kindness meant so much to me. (And although I couldn't eat much, the food was really good and plentiful. )

Best breakfast place on the way to Reno from the Bay Area. Great stopping place halfway to Reno. Food is terrific and the service is fast and friendly. We stop there everytime.

Our group of 6 stopped in for a breakfast while on the road. We were all very happy with our food! The omelets were awesome and they even made a custom breakfast sandwich which wasn't on the menu. Service was excellent, fast and friendly!

Enjoyed EGGS Benedict Sunday Morning before work good service and good time with friends

During Covid, we have tried to support a few favorite spots to insure they stay open; this is our favorite. Great food, superior service, old timey atmosphere. Large portions. We've never been dissatisfied.

Stopped by while visiting Auburn one weekend. Their poor boy omelette with country potatoes was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

A short stack, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns (And of course, bottomless coffee) was the perfect way to replenish after a long hike at nearby Robie Point. The servers are friendly, the space is inviting, and a number of charming shops surround this beautiful spot.

Full glass window store front, sweet decors, tables covered in old time newspapers, and the menu? Oh my. 51 omelettes! Standard breakfasts, pancakes and waffles designer meals, burgers, sandwiches, pitas, salads, small potions meals, espressos, smoothies, and even beer and wine! The waitresses are super friendly and jump right in with our weird humor, and brought us enough food to serve an army, and it was just delicious, every single bite. David's ham was omg good. $44 was a super deal for the three of us! This would be a mainstay if we lived there.

At the moment you enter this place the personel give you a good feeling. Very comfortable crew, it is a kind place to enjoy with your friends or with your date. Excellent food, professional chef de cuisine, honest cost and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

Service is great. Fair prices. Omelette was a little bland but they give you good serving portions.

Always reliable and excellent service. It's definitely worth trying to find a parking spot to eat there. Portions are large and the cooks know what they're doing. My fav is the bay shrimp, bacon, and American cheese omelet. The chicken fried steak is awesome too. Bring your hunger.
